Consulting service

The consulting services from Knowledge Organization are targeted to:

  1. IT vendors strategic Human Resource Management solutions either as standard or custom build client solutions delivered as stand-alone service or cloud-based.
  2. End-customers in commercial and non-commercial organizations wishing to deploy the EKi concept for all their employees.

Please refer to the subject matter of Employee Knowledge Index (EKi) under the menu bar with this name.

Consultation contract terms will be developed and agreed in collaboration with each IT vendor and end customer on an individual basis.

Knowledge Organization’s responsibility and limitations for Eki

It is recommended to implement the core version of Employee Knowledge Index (EKi) because it is more difficult with the extended version to ensure optimal data quality and objectivity when relying on employee’s prior working experience from other employers over a substantial period of time.

Knowledge Organization’s basic conditions for end customers and Human Resource Management IT vendors are that the Employee Knowledge Index (EKi) basic definitions of the concept are followed and implemented consistently, precisely, and comprehensively in the literal explanations as well as in the spirit of the KPI concept.

IP rights management

Knowledge Organization provide the IT vendor the full permissions to use Employee Knowledge Index (Eki) to all its present and future customers regardless of corporate jurisdictions, industries, and locations. The unlimited use is subject to consistent and clearly stating in the delivery of the Human Resource Management IT solution to end customer that the trade mark (pending approval) and concept origin is Knowledge Organization (Jesper Kallehauge).

If the Human Resource Management IT vendor itself or end customer use third parties for hosting the vendor’s software application, the third party must also clearly state that the ownership of the trade mark EKi (pending approval) belongs to Knowledge Organization.

Financial terms to be individually negotiated with each Human Resource Management IT vendor and end customer depending on the resource allocations needed, scope, and duration of engagement.
